Majocchi's granuloma in a 3-year-old boy.Feng WW, Chen HC, Chen HC Department of Dermatology, E-Da Hospital/I-Shou University, Kaohsiung, Taiwan. wwfeng@ntu.edu.tw A 3-year-old boy presented with a 15 x 15-cm papulonodular lesion on his left shin of 8 weeks' duration. The lesion was considered a Majocchi's granuloma caused by Trichophyton tonsurans. He was treated with griseofulvin and topical clotrimazole and hydrocortisone cream and responded well after 8 weeks of treatment. Published 28 June 2006 in Pediatr Infect Dis J, 25(7): 658-9.
